Q. What hotel do I get?

A. Hotels are on a First Come First Served basis, but joining Ape Concierge guarantees 4* or 5* accommodation for two people in a double or twin room including breakfast.

Q. Are the hotels close to the venue?

A. Ape Concierge has worked with Yuga and the hotels are close to the venue, although side events may be spread out across the city. Ape Concierge will assist with members with city guides and ‘how to’ ensuring you the best experience.

Q. Can I extend my stay beyond two nights?

A. Absolutely! We have discounted rates at the hotels so can book extra nights before and after the event as per your requirement.

Q. Can you help with travel and visa to Apefest

A. Absolutely! Not only Apefest but with any travel requirements that you may have.
